What kind of photo works best?
One pet, facing the camera, in good light, with the whole head in frame. Phone photos are perfect. If a photo won’t work (too dark, blurry, or more than one animal) we say so straight away, and nothing is charged.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You see a watermarked preview first and pay only if you want the full portrait or a keepsake. Each photo also gets one free redraw.
What do I get when I buy a digital portrait?
A full-resolution file with no watermark, as a download right away and a link by email that keeps working, so you can come back for it later.
What is a creature card?
Your pet as an original collectible character, with its own name line, stats, rarity and an ability we write from a few words about their personality. The frame and rules are entirely our own: no borrowed names or designs from any game.
When will my print or ornament arrive?
Keepsakes are made to order by our print partner and shipped with tracking. Before the holidays, the banner at the top of the page shows the last order date for delivery in time.
Can you make a tattoo stencil?
Yes. Add the tattoo-stencil upgrade (+$15) at checkout and choose the size on skin. You get a print-ready PDF at true size for your artist.
What if something is wrong?
Reply to your order email or write to support@image2ink.com. If a file or delivery isn’t right, we redraw, reprint or refund.
